The Southern Hummingbird vocalist and Missy Elliott protege returns with another batch of seductive slow-jams and R&B ditties — none of which can hold a candle to her 2002 breakthrough Oops (Oh My), though the funky Meters-sampling Sports, Sex & Food is a charmer.
