Live Animals Share An Uplifting Experience

The hard-hitting Toronto rockers present a cut from their new release (ep)iphany.

Live Animals let loose a mighty roar on their rousing new single and lyric video Uplifting — showcasing today on Tinnitist.

Delivering a potent combination of sonic grit and technical musicianship, the Toronto crew aim to bring authenticity and intensity back to the Canadian rock scene with a soaring track from their recent EP (ep)iphany. Uplifting is about the power of music and its ability to unite the world despite the ongoing global health crisis. The power that radiates from every note blends with a message of hope that is delivered sincerely and potently.

Live Animals were formed in 2017 by multi-instrumentalist Spencer Bailey and vocalist Andrew Healy, appropriately dubbed The Pterodactyl for his rip-roaring pipes. The band’s distinctive sound respects the legacy of rock while fearlessly pushing it into the future. Writing remotely during the pandemic helped inspire their single, which evolved into the four-track (ep)iphany. Engineered and produced by Harley Butt, the EP delivers the depth and charisma of timeless rock productions while spotlighting Live Animals’ unique approach — a fusion of modern rock and grunge laced with dark power and skillful melodies.
