Who loves you, baby? Well, Lukas Nelson does. Ditto Gang of Four, Brendan Benson, Kelis and even Rush — they all announced new albums or reissues today, just to make your Valentine’s Day a little nicer. Ain’t that sweet? Even sweeter: Raconteurs singer-guitarist Benson says his April 24 release Dear Life was influenced by “cannabis, hip-hop, and a newly discovered interest in software drum programming,” while Nelson’s March 27 disc Naked Garden is a companion piece to his 2019 offering Turn Off the News (Build a Garden), and Gang of Four’s Feb. 28 EP This Heaven Gives Me Migraine will include songs recorded shortly before the death of guitarist Andy Gill earlier this month. Check out Benson’s Good To Be Alive up top, visit Nelson’s Civilized Hell below, then scroll down to peep the rest of today’s announcements and roller-skate over to the Upcoming Releases page to see the rest of the impending goodness. What is not to love?
