This came out in 2005 — or at least that’s when I got it. Here’s what I said about it back then (with some minor editing):
Kelly Jones and his Welsh power trio crank it up one more time on Stereophonics’ intriguingly titled fifth album Language. Sex. Violence. Other?, swaggering their way through a landscape of glam-flecked Britrock built from choppy blues-rock hooks, fat-free arrangements and Jones’s scorchy rasp. Sure-footed and superlative — and sure to be ignored once again by 99.9% of North Americans.
