It is when that one is Badly Drawn Boy Damon Gough, anyway. For his fourth full-length, the U.K.’s tuque-clad answer to Beck unveils another free-ranging assortment of gorgeously, ingenuously skewed orch-pop reminiscent of Harry Nilsson in his prime.
