This came out in 2004 – or at least that’s when I got it. Here’s what I said about it back then (with some minor editing):

Icewater Scandal are a bunch of New York City guitar abusers with a female vocalist and a penchant for sonic epics midway between noise-rock and post-psychedelia. Sound familiar? It oughta — and in more ways than one, since Sonic Youth’s Lee Ranaldo produced this.
