This came out in 2001 – or at least that’s when I got it. Here’s what I said about it back then (with some minor editing):
The Main Course: A 72-minute, behind-the-scenes look at the XXX-rated life of the party-rap outfit The Alkaholiks. Basically, it boils down to four words: Booze, blunts, boobies and boo-tay.
Side Dishes: An uncensored video for their song Another Round; a “drunken” audio commentary by band members; an Xzibit video.
Easter Eggs: One that I found — and it’s a commercial for their latest single.
Final Verdict: I dig the ’Liks on CD, but this mish-mash of unedited, poorly shot footage doesn’t cut it. Ultimately, the only people who would be interested in sitting through this — teenage boys — are the very people who should be kept away from it.
