Classic Album Review: The Dream Syndicate | Complete Live at Raji’s

This came out in 2004 – or at least that’s when I got it. Here’s what I said about it back then (with some minor editing):

One of the most overlooked bands of the ’80s, L.A.’s Dream Syndicate sorta sounded like Crazy Horse fronted by Lou Reed. And they were blisteringly intense live, as their 1988 swan song Live At Raji’s made clear. On this version — which adds an extra disc of tunes and between-song banter cut from the original release — it’s made even clearer.
