Pproduced by Juno-winning Kevin Dietz, the track delves into the depths of a toxic relationship, capturing the complex emotions of being both stuck and defiant. It reflects the painful reality of two people amplifying each other’s worst traits — his uncontrollable anger and her profound sadness. Yet, Avalon’s delivery is not one of sorrow but a powerful rejection, a bold ‘fuck you’ to the heartache of being in a toxic love.

“It’s about the moments that test us and the strength we find in facing trauma and betrayal,” Avalon explains. “Working with such a talented team helped me channel my experiences into a sound that’s both fierce and reflective. I hope it resonates with those facing similar challenges, providing a voice and a sense of solidarity.”
