But let’s face it: Announcing the show is the easy part. Not so easy: Figuring out the logistics and legalities of cramming tens of thousands of people into arenas and stadiums again — assuming any or all of these tours don’t end up getting postponed and/or cancelled yet again. Civil rights, vaccine passports, insurance liabilities — these are just some of the big questions that need to be answered.
