I slept in today. Clearly, I’m not alone. Phoebe Bridgers didn’t even get out of her PJs — and barely got out of bed — to perform Kyoto on The Late Late Show With James Corden. Of course, it probably helps that her fake bedroom exits onto a soundstage equipped with a green screen and a string section. I need to get me one of those. But first, I guess I should finish cataloguing the rest of Wednesday’s Late-Night TV Music entries. Good thing it’s an easy task: You had Marcus King delivering his bluesy Wildflowers and Wine on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and Leslie Odom Jr. crooning O Holy Night from the bus stop outside the Christmas-light theme park for The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. Heck, I could have stayed in bed for that. Oh well. Now I’m up. Better get on with it.
