Working late into the night + sleeping in the next morning + having a bunch of freelance work to do as soon as you get up = Not getting to watch Tuesday’s Late-Night TV Music clips until the afternoon. Ah well, that’s life. And truth be told, I don’t think I missed much. The whole evening seems like no big whoop. Alicia Keys continued her week-long drive-in concert residency on The Late Late Show With James Fallon, performing So Done with Khalid in the back of two pickup trucks; Tenacious D offered up home-made versions of Save the World and Post-Apocalypto Theme (Reprise) for Jimmy Kimmel Live; and Kevin Parker led Tame Impala through Borderline on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. It could be worse, I guess. Unless you happen to be fighting the urge to take an afternoon nap.
