This came out in 2004 – or at least that’s when I got it. Here’s what I said about it back then (with some minor editing):
When Seattle grunge icons Pearl Jam look back, they really look back — the bulk of this solidly dependable two-disc set is taken from their early ’90s albums.
Songs: 33.
Actual Hits: Early anthems like Jeremy, Alive and Even Flow; more recent gems like Do the Evolution; and even non-album cuts like Last Kiss and Man of the Hour.
Missing In Action: Not much, though you could wish for some of the group’s live covers like Victoria Williams‘ Crazy Mary and The Dead Boys’ Sonic Reducer.
Extras! Extras! Three new, rawer mixes of Black, Alive and Once.
