South Coast Jazz Festival Celebrates 10 Years Of Music & Memories

The annual Ontario event expands its horizons for its 10th anniversary edition.

The South Coast Jazz Music Festival is spreading its wings for its 10th anniversary, with three nights of world-class shows and performers in Brantford and Port Dover.

Being held Aug. 11-13, the decade-old festival will celebrate 10 years and 10 decades of music over the course of the weekend. Alex Pangman, Canada’s sweetheart of swing, will take you back to the 1930s with her vintage vibe. Le Trio Parisien and Juliet Dunn will highlight the sounds of the ’50s, ’60s and ’70s. Platinum-selling artist Mark Holmes of Platinum Blonde will showcase the music of the ’80s. And Juno-nominated artist Mark Kelso & The Jazz Exiles, along with award-winning, internationally acclaimed songwriter Charu Suri and more will offer music that’s up to the moment.
