This came out in 2002 – or at least that’s when I got it. Here’s what I said about it back then (with some minor editing):
Tons of bands have something to say. Just as many know how to rock. But Randy are one of the few acts that prove you can have a philosophy and still smoke like an old Pinto.
These Swedish politico-punks get up to their usual tricks on the six-song Cheater EP, deftly setting their everyman, class-struggle lyrics against frantically adrenalized, hummably hook-laden guitar-rock and punk-pop. A few more songs as good as Cheater, I Don’t Wanna Work and Dynamite — and maybe some nifty matching suits — and they could take over the world as handily as their countrymen The Hives have.
