We all have our own definition of hell. For me, it would be: Getting trapped in a Yorkshire pub for three days with an Oasis tribute band.
Specific? Sure. Beyond the realm? Hardly. In fact, that is exactly what happened to a bunch of British drinkers over the weekend — 61 unlucky people who went to see the band Noasis got stuck inside the Tan Hill Inn after five feet of snow fell on Friday. Presumably, they spent the next couple of days getting more than their fill of second-grade Britrock covers, courtesy of the ersatz Liam and Noel. If that isn’t worth laughing about with Eric Alper for five minutes, I don’t know what is. Tune in to hear us chat about this ordeal, try to come up with some bands we wouldn’t mind being stranded with, and wonder how the Oasis wannabes managed to avoid being killed after their 15th rendition of Wonderwall. Sonic Reducers. One topic. Two music nerds. Five minutes. Everything you need to know.
