Eccentric Austin singer-songwriter Daniel Johnston has reportedly died at age 58 after suffering a heart attack on Tuesday. I was lucky enough to see him a couple of times at SXSW over the years and found him wonderful and endearing — pretty much like everyone else in the world, I guess. I could blather on about the man and his music, but you can peep the Interwebs for all that info. I can really think of no better tribute than posting some of his music. Enjoy.
