Reggae stars like Toots Hibbert, Gregory Isaacs and Michael Rose skank up Maggie’s Farm, Lay Lady Lay and other Bob Dylan classics on this odd tribute. Honestly, most are just one-spin novelties, but a remix of Zimmy’s own I And I from Infidels is a nice touch. Some editions also include a disc of freewheeling Dylan dub mixes, for those who find Bob’s own arrangements and enunciation too rigid and predictable.
