Sugar and spice and everything nice; that’s what this all-female trio from Vancouver are made of.

And on Shake The Pounce, their sophomore CD, they take all their key ingredients — sweet-tart vocals and frosted harmonies, pixie-stick drums, candy floss guitars — and spin them into a handful of dreamy pop-rock treats that are sure to be an irresistible sugar fix for any indie-pop fan with a sweet tooth. Just open up your ears and say, ‘Awwww …’
