Raygun Carver is tormented by an unseen presence he can’t escape in his gritty new single and video Ghost Inside — showcasing today on Tinnitist.
Fueled by unsettling lyrics that symbolize the weight of the situation holding the narrator back, the Americana singer-songwriter’s latest cut is possessed by a spirit that’s “gonna haunt you till the day that you die,” summoning the sensation of a spectral presence that you can’t seem to shake.
The second preview of Carver’s upcoming full-length, Ghost Inside follows the single Everywhere You Go is Where You’ll Be. Both tracks take listeners on an emotional journey through time and space, highlighting Carver’s signature blend of blues, jazz, and Americana, which he weaves into a tapestry of sound as rich as it is compelling. Ghost Inside was mixed and produced by Rob Wollam and mastered by Greg Abate.
A singer-songwriter from the Pacific Northwest, Carver is known for his distinctive compositional approach, ingenuity and willingness to experiment. He entered the scene in 2020 with his debut album Moon Fields Yawning, and has continued to captivate audiences across an EP and string of singles.
