Supersolo | Single On The Way

HOME BASE: France.
GENRE: Indie-Rock
THE EDITED BIO & PRESS RELEASE: “Behind Supersolo is Tristan Auber, a 35-year-old guy who went to Paris several years ago to show his music. He’s a skilled guitarist with a recognizable voice in the vein of Asaf Avidan or Ezra Furman. He music draws on ’60s and ’70s  influences, including Stones riffs, the delicateness of Bowie, the wild energy of Led Zeppelin. His songs mix sweetness, strength, reveries and harshness, while his fluctuating rhythms and atmospheres attract you. His music makes you want to drink a beer in front of a stage. Rock, ain’t it?”

Fight The Sun | Carnival

HOME BASE: Australia
GENRE: Hard Rock.
THE EDITED BIO & PRESS RELEASE:Fight The Sun’s second single for 2022, Carnival, is another heavy-hitting, brain-hooking, highway-rocking track to keep your craving for riffing anthems quenched. The Melbourne chuggernauts exploded onto the Aussie heavy music scene with their self-titled EP in 2018. Since returning in 2021, they have been welcomed with open arms, giving us another taste of their catchy, driven riffs.”

Polycool | Something Between Us

HOME BASE: France.
GENRE: Indie-Pop.
THE EDITED BIO & PRESS RELEASE:Polycool are, above all, an independent and absurd project. Their ability to surprise is reflected in their concerts and videos. Their musical style, a strange mix of various influences like Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Air, Sebastien Tellier, Nick Hakim and Connan Mockasin, gave birth to their debut album Lemon Lord in 2019. Something Between Us is a West Coast-style indie-pop song about unconditional love. The groove of Polycool’s classic bass-drums duet is intertwined with the acid sounds of guitars and synths, guided by a high and psychedelic voice. The result is a catchy, sexy cut for long summer evenings.”

Magon | Halley’s Comet / Fire On Fire (Live)

HOME BASE: France.
GENRE: Indie Pop-rock.
THE EDITED BIO & PRESS RELEASE: “Following the release of his fourth LP A Night In Bethlehem — which he recorded mostly by himself in his studio — Magon brought his live band to a farm in the woods of Fontainebleau to record a live EP featuring four songs from the album. Playing a duet with her singing, he brightens her beautiful song that will thrill and lull you.”

Tom Ace | Dinero

HOME BASE: France.
GENRE: Rap.
THE EDITED BIO & PRESS RELEASE: “It feels good to be able to listen to a rap without moving your feet, with just your head embedded in the beat and wrapped by the poetry of  syllables that weave, clash, challenge and intertwine. Tom Ace is not an artist of the past, frozen in ice. He scats, raps and sings on songs based in hip-hop, funk, dance and more. Like any accomplished artistic form, the musical world of Tom Ace is a rich, coherent and intoxicating universe, meant to be consumed without any form of moderation. Dinero is the second single from his next EP.”

Keep your head held high by adhering to the rules, staying true to your values, and never compromising your honour. It’s not a crime.”

Photøgraph | Give It A Shot

HOME BASE: France.
GENRE: Synth-Rock.
THE EDITED BIO & PRESS RELEASE: “The three of us were grew up together in Paris. We spent afternoons listening to vinyl records and weekend evenings in concert venues. Photøgraph is our latest project together. Each song is about a moment or an emotion — love, violence, nostalgia, today’s society. We are producing pop music we want: Synthetic, dynamic, positive and shiny. We consider ourselves an electronic rock band in which you can hear Breakbot’s funky touch, huge synth pads like Tame Impala, or Damon Albarn’s production in Gorillaz. David Bowie and Metronomy art also deeply influence our creations. Photøgraph is all homemade. Our artist friends work on graphic design, photographs, the website, sound engineering, live production and more. We think as a family and it would not feel the same if it was made differently. The first single from the next Photøgraph album is a plea for freedom; electronic pop with a clear and hopeful chorus line. The message is simple: Let’s change our society — or at least try.”
