Late-Night TV Music (Big Day Edition) | Jan. 19, 2021

That's right — it's Paul Stanley's 69th birthday!! Like you needed me to remind you.

Well, the big day has finally arrived. Don’t act like you don’t know what I’m talking about. That’s right — it’s Paul Stanley‘s 69th birthday! What? Is there something else going on that I don’t know about?

If so, it certainly didn’t come up during Tuesday’s Late-Night TV Music performances. Unless, of course, it was the reunion of Machine Gun Kelly and Travis Barker on The Late Late Show With James Corden, where they cranked out MGK’s latest punky firecracker Concert For Aliens. Then again, I guess it could also have been Black Pumas’ return to The Late Show With Stephen Colbert to deliver yet another rendition of their massive hit Colors. I don’t think it was singer Tate McRae offering You Broke Me First on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. And I’m pretty sure it wasn’t Jack Harlow and EST Gee’s visit on Jimmy Kimmel Live to showcase their collaboration Route 66. Oh well. I guess we’ll never know. But whatever else is going on, I’m sure it can’t trump the euphemistically naughty birthday of a kabuki-painted rock icon, right?
