Rob Milton had this to say about the project’s inception: “In 2015 I recorded the album of my dreams in Richmond, Virginia with DJ Harrison. Sad to say that the energy was similar at the time [as it is now]. I was coming home from BLM protests and writing songs about love to escape from the anger.”
