Van Morrison has been on quite the creative roll lately. And I have no reason to think it will end with Three Chords And The Truth, the Belfast cowboy’s just-announced new album out Oct. 25. According to the press release, the self-produced disc — Morrison’s sixth in four years — contains 14 new originals that “effortlessly encapsulate the Van Morrison sound and showcase his talents as one of our generation’s most celebrated songwriters.” Can’t argue with that.
