Proving that heartfelt season’s greetings are always welcome, the legendary NOLA musician and his clan regift their 2022 EP for a new year, presenting you once again with a quartet of contemporary carols fit for any hip ’n’ happenin’ holiday playlist.
The four-song, 14-minute EP opens with the joyfully jumped-up title track, followed by a bumptious, Crescent City retake of Jingle Bells and the tellingly titled Night Before Funkmas, a groovy, revamped reading of the Charles Dickens classic.
