This came out in 2004 – or at least that’s when I got it. Here’s what I said about it back then (with some minor editing):
It wouldn’t be Christmas without a new sampler from new age label Windham Hill, whose eternally soothing sounds are the audio equivalent of that stuff in turkey that puts you to sleep.
CHESTNUTS ROASTED: Good King Wenceslas; O Holy Night; Little Drummer Boy; Winter Wonderland.
YULE LOVE: Being able to put this on and calm down the kids — or make them leave the room.
YULE WISH: That you were able to stay awake to the end of the … zzzzzzzz.
