It delves deep into the heart and soul, as Minna opens up candidly about mental health and depression. Minna who is not one to shy away from speaking about tough topics reaches a new level of lyrical depth here as she tackles anxiety and the mental anguish found within the human mind. The suffering of the modern person can be heard within her music as the lyrics talk about invisibility and mental pain, a message reinforced by Minna’s unique vocal performance.
As Minna explains, you don’t have to feel alone or empty during your darkest moments. Freeze offers validation and understanding. Drawing from her own personal experiences, Minna’s emotional lyrics conclude on an optimistic note, saying “A sunny day is coming,” and reminding us that the thought of a brighter future can help us endure the present and keep hope alive.
