And they’re off! Now that summer is pretty much history, the music biz is back. And it has hit the ground running — I got more than 100 new album announcements between yesterday and today. Some are welcome news (like three — yes, three! — new albums from King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard next month). Others are … not (don’t Chad Kroeger and Nickleback have enough money already?). But there’s one thing almost all those announcements have in common: A new single or video.
