Kee-rist. What a gawddam day. I woke up to find my Internet and phone service totally down. When I was finally able to get ahold of a tech at Bell — aka Canada’s Shittiest Telecom — he told me they couldn’t send anyone out until Thursday night. Seriously? I’ve paid them thousands of dollars a year for more than a decade, and I have to go three days without service? I got my Internet limping along enough to contact their competitors, who are coming tomorrow morning to switch all my services. Anyway, that whole ordeal put me hours behind. Then Charlie Watts died, just to make a stupid day even worse. The only plus side: There are tons of great new songs, videos, cover tunes and remixes out today.
