Friday is always the biggest music day of the week around these parts. And this week, the Late-Night TV Music types aren’t making it any easier by serving up a full slate of solid performances from Thursday night.
Let’s waste no time and kick things off with Haim, getting in the Halloween vibe early with their vampire bride outfits — and even roping in Robert Pattinson for a cameo — on their suitably spooky 3 AM, which aired on Late Night With Seth Meyers. Keep the dark vibe going with the ever-moody Matt Berninger of The National, offering up his typically smoky One More Second on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. Ramp it up (literally) with Of Monsters and Men, bringing out their Visitor for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. I’ll let you decide whether The Score are delivering a trick or a treat by enlisting Awolnation for their performance of Carry On for The Late Late Show With James Corden (though really, when you need an entire other band to help you perform, why even bother?).
