Surrounding his melodic, melodramatic melancholia with plenty of sweet strings and chirpy horns, piano balladeer Rufus Wainwright emphasizes the orch in orch-pop on this lush, languidly beautiful followup to last year’s Want One. Gorgeous enough to make you want Three.
