This came out in 2004 – or at least that’s when I got it. Here’s what I said about it back then (with some minor editing):
The good news: It’s a full, professionally shot live concert by everyone’s favourite Spudboys. The bad news: It was shot in 1996. At Lollapalooza. In the daytime.
Sure, the performance is pretty tight, considering Mark Mothersbaugh and co. are at least a decade past their prime. And OK, the set list is all primo fare like Whip It, Girl U Want, Uncontrollable Urge, Mongoloid and Jocko Homo, along with a few pleasant surprises like Smart Patrol and Mr. DNA. But let’s be honest: You know there’s tons better stuff in the vaults than this. So where is it?
