Southern-rock jammers don’t come much better than the Allman Brothers Band. And Allman gigs don’t come much better than this epic and engrossing two-disc offering filmed last spring at one of their favourite venues. Fuelled by the rejuvenating influence of guitarists Warren Haynes and Derek Trucks, the legendary outfit inject new life into classics like Statesboro Blues and Whippin’ Post.
