You know the old saying: Whatever you see during Monday’s Late-Night TV Music roundup is what you’ll be seeing for the rest of the week. Guess we’re in for a pretty mixed bag, based on this trio of acts. First up: Inexplicably rising star Benee, displaying all the enthusiasm and stage presence of a surly teenager being forced to sing for her grandparents during her performance of Happen To Me on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. Second: G Herbo and Chance The Rapper, cementing my belief that abandoned factories are the new rap-video hot tubs with their rendition of PTSD on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Lastly: L.A. actor boys-turned-wannabe popstars Wallows, taking a spin through Virtual Aerobics and Are You Bored on Jimmy Kimmel Live. I’ll let you answer that last question for yourself. Hopefully it doesn’t apply to the rest of the week.
