This came out in 2005 — or at least that’s when I got it. Here’s what I said about it back then (with some minor editing):
Live Kraftwerk? I would call that just a bit ironic.
But when these electronic Teutonics fire up the squelchy synths, bust out the beatboxes and download two perfectly programmed hours of groovy droid-funk classics like Man-Machine, Autobahn, The Robots, Tour de France, Home Computer and Pocket Calculator, I would also call it remarkably engaging, surprisingly human — and pretty freaking cool to boot. Plug in and get down.
