And he’s not the only big name blowing out candles today: Fun singer Nate Ruess is 41, Corinne Bailey Rae is 44, Erykah Badu and producer Max Martin turn 52, Rage Against The Machine bassist Tim Commerford hits 55, Killing Joke frontman Jaz Coleman is 63 and Detroit legend Mitch Ryder is 78. On the posthumous side of the dial, Canned Heat singer Bob (The Bear) Hite would have been 78, Johnny Cash would have turned 91 and Fats Domino would have been 95.
