Watch Iggy Pop Whip Jimmy Kimmel’s Audience Into A Frenzy

The godfather of punk leads a supergroup through a raucous late-night appearance.

Iggy Pop doesn’t make many late-night TV appearances. So it was a rare treat to see him tearing it up on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday night with a raucous (if slightly sanitized) performance of Frenzy, the leadoff single from his just-released (and pretty damn awesome) album Every Loser. Even better: He was joined by an all-star band including bassist Duff McKagan, drummer Chad Smith and guitarist/producer Andrew Watt. It’s 3:14 of old-school raw power. Not bad for a 75-year-old. If you haven’t already heard Every Loser, what the hell are you waiting for?
