Rahul Samuel Feels So Good With You

The rising singer-songwriter shares a number of romance and self-discovery.

Rahul Samuel whisks you away on a romantic adventure with his seductively smitten single and video Feels — showcasing today on Tinnitist.

Feels was the first song that I wrote,” Samuel reveals. “(It) is about romance and self-discovery. It tells the story about a guy who experiences true love for the first time. It’s not about love at first sight, or the fancy dates, but rather a growing feeling that gradually grows on him effortlessly and begins to take over his thoughts and eventually life. He is experiencing all of this for the first time and it is completely new to him, which is why it also embodies self-discovery.

“I was inspired by my high school romances and even romantic movies that I’ve watched. I want my listener to know that it is OK to be confused. Sometimes we don’t always realize what a person really means to us, but we should listen to our heart and life is too short to hide our feelings.”

The accompanying video was beautifully shot at multiple locations across the UAE by renowned Indian film director Ashwath Samuel. The high-quality audio/visual production marks Rahul as an artist who has as much heart as work ethic; dedicating himself to becoming an entirely independent artist capable of writing, recording, and producing his work during the pandemic, he continues to push himself into new methods, genres, and collaborations to expand his musical toolbox.

His love for music finds its origin in his childhood from a very musically inclined family; learning to play the guitar at just six years old, he would eventually absorb music across all genres to create his signature sound. Rahul also enjoys performing popular cover songs in multiple languages such as Arabic, Hindi, English, and French, making him one of the most bilingual pop artists working today. From enjoying national radio play of his music to winning the prestigious Bedazzled 2021 UAE Award for Best Emerging Singer to performing for crowds throughout Dubai and Toronto, the momentum is building — and Samuel is only getting started.
