Justine Lynn | I’ll Leave The Porch Light On: Exclusive Premiere

The Vancouver country singer delivers a potent message of love & commitment.

Justine Lynn keeps a candle burning in her heartfelt single I’ll Leave The Porch Light On — premiering exclusively on Tinnitist.

Setting her powerfully soulful vocals and earnestly romantic lyrics against a backdrop of potent, tastefully rendered contemporary country, I’ll Leave The Porch Light On showcases the Vancouver singer-songwriter’s tremendous talent while making a stirring statement about love and commitment.

It’s just the latest impressive offering from an artist who is taking the country scene by storm. The seasoned performer and artist — who grew up singing blues in her native South Africa before moving to Canada with her family as a teenager — has spent much of her life onstage. After releasing her self-titled EP in 2019, she watched the single Pour It To Me Straight hit the Top 100. Her cover of Joy to the World was one of the most-added Christmas country songs in Canada and her single Box Wine was the No. 1 English country song on Country Pop 103.1 in Québec.

In 2020, Justine was a final nominee for Female Artist of the Year and Ray McCauley New Artist of the Year at the B.C. Country Music Awards. She has also joined the Wild Tomorrow Fund as their newest ambassador, and has organized and hosted the annual Country For A Cause fundraiser, bringing together some of Canada’s best country artists (Dallas Smith, The Heels, Cross Parallel, Taylor Rae & Michael Daniels) to raise funds that protect the animals, habitat, and community in South Africa.

Influenced and inspired by soul, blues, traditional South African sounds and old-school country, Lynn has performed all over the world, and even appeared at Carnegie Hall as part of an established choir. Her passion for music truly shines through whether she is performing or recording.
