Panem | Face Tomorrow

HOME BASE: France.
GENRE: Rock.
THE BIO & PRESS RELEASE: “We’re a female-fronted rock band from France. The name Panem comes from the Latin phrase Panem and Circenses (bread and circuses). We like to think that we’re telling stories through music. We’re kind of progressive in that respect — we’re musically open-minded, but we’re not really into long, complex structures. Some people find us to be indie rock, others say post-rock with vocals. Face Tomorrow is the fifth single from our debut album. This one is one of our heavier and more elaborate songs. It is basically about the desire for peaceful coexistence, and how that is hindered by the global political ineptitude operating on a different, warmongering agenda.”
